FERMA Forum 2019 – putting the fizz into your hospitality for the Forum in Berlin

With a little over 9 months to go until the FERMA Forum in Berlin later this year, our events team is hard at work finding some great venues for our clients to host their events. The city itself has a huge range of locations to cater for everything from the small dinner to the very largest of receptions with venues from the latest trendy restaurant to old industrial venues with a view of the river.

Our team has been to the city on many occasions since FERMA announced that it would host the Forum in 2019, so they have a great deal of experience in knowing the very best locations and how to ensure that your guests navigate the city’s traffic to get there on time! They have also drawn together a great team of suppliers that are able to add that extra ‘wow’ to the event: from live music and transport to catering, staging, lighting and everything in between! Managing each aspect of the process for you: from finding the venue through to contract/supplier negotiation, guest invitations and on-site management – the team is really there to allow you to focus on time with your guests and not worry about the detail!

As well as the hospitality venues, the team is able to manage more ‘business’ orientated events too, from the new product launch through to the latest thought leadership or corporate briefing.
