Out on top we have Iceland! The underdog won on taste, pastry and filling. Sadly, they weren’t as attractive to look at as Lidl’s or Waitrose’s. We won’t name and shame the loser, but you could say it was one of the more high-end brands!

Next, we took it sweeter with another traditional dessert – yule logs! A variety once again, most certainly in appearance. You’d assume the gold ones have it, right?
We’ll you’re not wrong – out on top was one of the prettiest of all…. Morrisons! Once again, not our expected winner with the likes of M&S and Tesco Finest also coming under scrutiny.
